Rest is essential to our wellbeing and yet we rarely make the time for it. Personally, it's not until I really let myself give in that I realise how much I need it & how natural it feels. It's so easy to get caught up in the constant doing and forget how to just be.
Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic practice that uses props to support us in passive poses and induce deep relaxation. It allows us to be present to ourselves and return to a state of wholeness by relieving deeply held physical, mental, and emotional tension.

In this video, I show you how to set up for Savasana like you've never experienced it before, building a cocoon of blankets & cushions for total comfort. Then I guide you through a Yoga Nidra, a form of meditation that takes you to explore the edges between wakefulness & sleep (one of my favorite practice).
